Current weight: 51.7kgs (113lbs)
Aim: 40kgs (for now)
-Visible collarbones and hipbones
-To be able to wear over the knee stockings without my legs looking stumpy and muscular.
-Very thin waist
-Visible cheekbones
-Thin hands and feet
-Complete absence of abdominal fat
-Delicate decolletes
I understand that this is a very low goal, but I have managed to get that low before whilst still maintaining periods and good health. My normal weight before my binge eating started was only 44kgs so I do not anyone to worry, we all have different body types and whats healthy for some is unhealthy for others.
